Position: Architect/Builder
Location: Buka, Autonomous Region of Bougainville
Responsibilities:
– Design and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
– Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
– Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
– Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
– Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
– Supervise construction teams and contractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Architect or Builder with a minimum of 5 years in construction projects.
– Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and project management tools.
– Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and structural principles.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field;
– Valid professional license or certification.
