Job Summary
Pasis Deck is on the hunt for a talented and energetic in-house DJ to set the tone and keep the vibe alive at our venue! If you have a passion for music, a knack for reading the crowd, and the skills to mix tracks seamlessly, we want to hear from you. As our DJ, you’ll be at the heart of the action, creating unforgettable experiences for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities
Music Curation and Mixing:
– Play a diverse range of music genres that align with the club’s vibe and audience preferences.
– Seamlessly mix tracks and adapt the playlist based on crowd response.
– Create themed sets for special events, functions, or promotional nights.
Engagement and Atmosphere:
– Keep the energy high by engaging with the crowd and maintaining an electric atmosphere.
– Make announcements, promote club events, and interact with patrons when necessary.
Equipment Management:
– Set up and operate DJ equipment, ensuring all gear is functioning properly.
– Troubleshoot any technical issues during performances.
– Work with the technical team to maintain and update music equipment as needed.
Collaboration:
– Collaborate with the management team to plan playlists and themes for events.
– Coordinate with performers, singers, and other entertainment acts for shows.
Event Support:
– Assist in promoting Pasis Deck events on social media or other platforms when required.
– Provide input for enhancing the entertainment experience at the club.
Qualifications
– Proven experience as a professional DJ, with a solid portfolio of live performances.
– Exceptional mixing and beatmatching skills.
– In-depth knowledge of various music genres and crowd dynamics.
– Familiarity with DJ equipment, software and troubleshooting techniques.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and energize a diverse audience.
– Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
