Objectives of the Role
The Bartender prepares and serves beverages, manages bar operations, and ensures guests receive efficient and friendly service. The role supports Pasis Deck’s reputation for consistency, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation standards
• Manage cash and POS transactions accurately
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and guest conduct
• Assist in setting up events, promotions, and private functions
• Conduct daily stock takes and report shortages or maintenance issues

• Clean and well-maintained bar operations
• Accurate stock and transaction records
• Positive guest experience and repeat clientele
Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ bartending experience in a hotel, bar, or restaurant
• Strong product knowledge of beverages and cocktails
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage busy shifts and remain composed
• Honest, reliable, and well-presented
Preferred Qualifications
• Certificate in Hospitality or Bar Operations
• Experience supporting live entertainment or events
• Knowledge of bar inventory control systems
