OVERVIEW
Pasis Deck is searching for a tight, talented, and reliable back-up band to support our feature artists during live performances. We’re looking for skilled musicians who know how to hold a groove, adapt to different styles, and deliver an exceptional live experience.
If your band can lock in a set, follow direction, and enhance the artist’s performance, this is your chance to become a regular part of the live lineup at Buka’s newest waterfront venue.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
– Bands with experience supporting solo artists or vocal acts live on stage
– Musicians who are versatile across genres (reggae, R&B, hip hop, acoustic, island fusion, etc.)
– Groups who can rehearse and deliver tight, well-coordinated sets
– Professionals who can collaborate, take cues, and adapt during live shows
– Must provide your own instruments and gear (PA system is provided)
WHAT WE OFFER
– Paid performance opportunities as the official back-up band for guest acts
– Negotiable support for accommodation and return airfares (for bands outside of Buka)
– Access to professional-grade sound systems and stage support
– Opportunity to build a name as the go-to house band for regular bookings
