GerNic Investment Limited is a 100% nationally owned service providing company located in Kokopo, East New Britain, The Autonomous Region of Bougainville and Port Moresby. The managing directors are Gerard Habitein Hulagamo and Nicole Onne Habitein. Nicole and Gerard always had dreams of being successful in life and now own 50% of shares in the company which started operations in 2008.

About Us

GerNic Investments Limited is a 100% nationally owned Building Construction and Car Rental company located in Kokopo in East New Britain Province and Buka Autonomous Region of Bougainville. The owners of the Company are from Bougainville and East New Britain respectively. The Directors are namely GERARD HABITEIN and NICOLE HABITEIN. We are also proud to have been in partnership with ABG for the last 10 years in redevelopment of the Region, also provide employment opportunities in our surrounding communities and also assisted so many sporting organizations, church activities especially within the area. We are proud to have change the out look of Bougainville with our modern buildings we have built of very high standard and quality. We are registered under IPA under the Company Name registration number I75314. We are also registered under Internal Revenue Commission for Goods and Services Tax and our GST Registration number is 17481 and our TIN Registration is 500419338.

GERARD HABITEIN
Gerard Habitein is the Owner and Director of Gernic Investments Ltd. Coming from a background in Management with a combined 25+ years of experience in Real Estate, Car Rental and Construction Industries. He enjoys going fishing with his mates during the weekend. Passionate and supportive of community programs.
NICOLE HABITEIN

Nicole Habitein is the Owner and a Director of Gernic Investments Ltd. Nicole was the 2010 Westpac women in business Overall Winner. Coming from an Administration background, she works hard to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly as possible.

We started full operations in Car Rental business in October 2008. We also have a branch in Buka which started operations in November 2008 and we currently have a fleet of 7 x vehicles located in Buka. We also have a fleet of 3 x vehicles in Port Moresby and a fleet of 7 x vehicles in Kokopo and currently have our Head office located in Kokopo. We have a total work force of 5x Administrative staffs, 15x qualified Carpenters, 2x Welders, 3 x Electricians, 3xDrivers, 10xSecurity personals, and 10x Mill operators.
