Objectives of the Role
The Waitress provides professional and friendly service to guests at Passage Travellers Inn and 7 Vision Restaurant. The role ensures guests receive timely, accurate orders and a positive dining experience in a clean, well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensure tables, counters, and service areas remain clean and organized
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when required
• Support daily restaurant setup, stock checks, and closing procedures

Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Waitress in a restaurant or hotel environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat personal presentation and customer service focus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Basic POS or cash handling experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality
• Prior experience in a hotel or resort dining environment
• Team player with strong attention to detail
